London to Eastbourne Cycle Route
The route starts at the Millennium Dome and goes south via what is known as the Waterlink Way, running down through Deptford, Catford and Lewisham towards Croydon and Redhill. After crossing the High Weald to East Grinstead, the route soon joins the popular Cuckoo Trail (ideal family cycling) from Heathfield down to Polegate.
London to Dover Cycle Route
To the east of the Dome and the Thames Barrier, the National Cycle Network continues along the Thames estuary as far as Gravesend where it heads inland through Kent on to Canterbury and Dover.

The Conservatoire provides instrumental, choral, ensemble and music theory tuition to approximately 2,000 local students of all ages and abilities, ranging from complete beginners to advanced musicians. Musical styles vary, including classical and jazz. With almost 100 teachers under its roof, covering a wide range of instruments, there is a good chance that they will have a teacher at a time to suit you. The Conservatoire is open from 9am to 9pm on weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.

"Cat's Whiskers" - acoustic songwriting nights.
"Community Orchestra" - a chance to play orchestral music in an informal setting. All ages and abilities welcome.
"Meantime Contemporary Jazz Orchestra" - a chance to rehearse and perform with other musicians, take part in projects and develop your improvisation and knowledge of jazz standards. Ideal for intermediate to advanced musicians.
"Music Appreciation Classes"

BCMA offers a thriving wine education programme, led by Carolyn Bosworth-Davies, Chairman of the Association of Wine Educators and member of the Circle of Wine Writers. Courses include two weekly classes as well as two monthly wine club meetings, occasional tasting sessions and one-off courses. Each session provides the theoretical background to the wines being studied with information sheets and the tasting of at least six wines:
